Why MLM?

Why not MLM?

MLM stands for Multi Level Marketing. It also refers to Network Marketing. Over the years, this type of sales has left a bad taste in people's mouths because of pushy sales people who are trying to either make their quota, or sell their leftovers.

But MLM is capitalism at it's best. You get credit for the work you do, and for the work other people under you too. It is really not a new concept. The government does it, big business, schools, and even churchs. Simply put, any large organization is built upon a trickle down effect.

That, however, is where the similarities end. Big business is different;the guys at the top get all the bucks. Quite often, no matter how much work you do, the 'big' guys just look better, and get better wage increases! I know, I've been there (15 years worth!). You might be getting $25 dollars an hour, but someone above you is getting paid more from YOUR efforts!

Government is stacked in much the same way. From the Federal government down to the local town supervisor. There is a guy at the top, and one at the bottom. The one at the top makes all the bucks and has all the power, the person in the bottom gets much less pay, and has little or no power.

Now here are the parts about MLM I like!

1. You determine your self worth. You don't have a boss over you that says "I'll give you a 3% raise this year." You determine the raise. Want a promotion? You can accomplish it if you want to; who can stop you? Excel has a very attractive promotion program!

2. You work when YOU want to! "Gee, my son has a baseball game today, I think I'll go to it!" How many times have you said that one? Let's face it. If you are like many people, you simply cannot take off the time to do the things you want. You are boxed in. You have NO freedom!!! But with MLM, work is done at your own pace. If you don't wish to work today, don't! (Keep in mind however, like anything, it takes time and commitment to make the big $$) I find I have time to work Excel, because I talk to anyone I meet!

3. You don't need big $$ to get started. Many of the MLM opportunities are very economical, unlike a franchise which costs many thousands of dollars. Even starting a 'regular' business takes mucho bucks for a building, equipment, sales people, etc.With Excel, I don't need any of those things, and the startup is quite economical!

4. You can be virtually unlimited in size. When you manufacture something, you are limited by how much YOU can do. How many widgets can you build, fix, or sell? That is your limitation. With MLM, you don't have this problem. You are gaining every time someone under sells a product, or invites someone to be a part of your organization. We are talking about a potential of thousands of people working for you, and for themselves all at the same time.With Excel, you are paid for Independent Reps you bring in, and the reps they bring in, and so on!

5. Some MLM's allow you to hand the business down to your children or grandchildren, or even sell it for instant cash (depends on the MLM). Excel allows you to Will or sell your holdings to another person.
